All three part numbers (700451230, 700512377, 700515443) are equivalent; they represent different hardware revisions from manufacturer suppliers

Compatibility

Avaya 1603, 1603SW, 1608, 1608-I, 1616, and 1616-I IP phones
Newer model of Avaya J129 (700514813) is compatible with the 5V power supply; previous version of Avaya J129 (700513638) is not compatible with the 5V power supply as this hardware revision does not have a DC input
Avaya J139, J159, J169, J179
