Business Development Manager (Qatar)

Experience : 3-5 years

Researches and develops various marketing strategies for products and services. Implements marketing plans and works to meet sales quotas. Tracks marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement.

Mandatory Sales Skills Required : To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below.
  • At least 3-5 years experience within the interior fit-out market in Qatar within a sales/business development capacity
  • A strong network of relevant contacts as well as a proven history of success in the industry
  • Ability to prove new leads within the first 3 months of work.
  • Establishing market penetration in Commercial Interiors in Qatar and generating opportunities through contacts, networking, and associations.
  • Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT)
  • Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Soft Skills Required:
  • Good English communication skills (both speaking and writing)

Marketing Executive

  • Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
  • Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
  • Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels

Business Development Manager - ( UC-Avaya )

Exciting opportunity to join Syscom, Leading IT Solutions Provider as a UC Sales Specialist.

This business has an impressive portfolio of both SME & enterprise scale clients, ranging from Professional Services to Retail providing a broad range of Information Technology services spanning connectivity/data, voice, data centre platforms etc.

Reporting into the Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for securing profitable new-name business and generating additional business from a handful of existing clients. You’ll be primarily targeted on securing United Arab Emirates  based accounts with a focus on UC whilst having the opportunity to cross sell across the full product portfolio.

The Responsibilities
  • Winning new business across UC (SIP, VoIP, CCaaS, Hosted Telephony), Compliance and Mobile.
  • Engage effectively with internal account management and BDM teams providing an overlay role for complex or multi-site sales
  • Provide comprehensive technical knowledge on products within your set portfolio.
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in order to gain new business and understand the customers’ needs and requirements
  • Provide accurate plans, forecasts and reports regarding customer requirements
The Requirements
  • A proven track record within UC sales.
  • A strong desire for seeking new business.
  • Previous experience working within an overlay capacity supporting internal account managers / BDM
  • Good technical understanding
