The Cisco Nexus 31108TCV-32T is the same device as the Cisco Nexus 31108TC-V, except that it has 32 10GBASE-T ports and 6 QSFP+ ports. Through software licencing, the ports are made available. For customers who need up to 32 10GBASE-T ports per rack, this switch offers an affordable alternative. A 32-10GBASE-T port licence is already preinstalled on this switch. The customer instals the 16-port upgrade licence in order to enable the remaining 16 10GBASE-T ports.
