3PCC Multi platform Phone Firmware is included with the Cisco CP-8841-3PCC-K9. This bundle includes high-fidelity VoIP calling as well as a number of call-control options. The 8841 from Cisco has a full-color display as well as excellent speakerphone and handset clarity. Navigation is simplified by the addition of hardware buttons for call transfer and conference features. The presence of a prominent voicemail LED bar and line indicators make using this phone extremely simple. The 8841 includes all of the hardware features required to make the most of your VoIP service. The cutting-edge 8841 IP Phone can now integrate with these third-party platforms thanks to Cisco’s 3PCC firmware load. While this firmware’s features are not identical to those provided by Cisco call control systems, there are many similarities.Asterisk, Broadcloud, and Broadsoft are examples of third-party platforms that support the 8841. If you want to integrate the 8841 with a Cisco call control platform, you must order the CP-8841-K9.
